This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Nexgrid (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App on iPhone or iPad. The App is published by the developer published via the NexgridDocs project (RmnTmn).

We do not operate a separate account system inside the App. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or physical address to play.

1. Information stored on your device

The App saves game-related data locally using Apple’s standard storage (UserDefaults), for example:

• high scores and campaign progress;
• in-game currency, owned cosmetic items, and settings (e.g. music on/off);
• locally unlocked achievements before or without Game Center sync.

This data stays on your device unless you enable a feature that sends it to Apple or a third party as described below. Uninstalling the App removes this local data from the device.

2. Apple Game Center

If you sign in to Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center profile (such as your player alias), achievements, and leaderboard scores according to Apple’s Privacy Policy. The App sends scores and achievement progress to Game Center only when you are authenticated. We do not receive your Apple ID password.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob and its partners may collect or receive information such as:

• device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID where permitted);
• IP address and coarse location derived from IP;
• app interactions with ads and basic diagnostics;
• data used for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Where required by law or platform rules, the App may show a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are used. You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and reset the advertising identifier under Privacy → Apple Advertising.

4. What we do not collect through the App

• precise GPS location (the App does not request location permission);
• camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or calendars;
• health, financial, or government ID data;
• real-money payment details (in-app “purchases” use virtual currency only, not Apple In-App Purchase for money).

5. Network use

The App may connect to the internet for ads, Game Center, and loading ad content. We do not run our own login servers for gameplay in the current version.

6. Children

The App is a casual puzzle game not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information through the App, contact us (see below) and we will work with you to address it.

7. Retention and your choices

• Delete local data by removing the App from your device.
• Manage Game Center data in iOS Settings and your Apple ID account.
• Manage ad preferences as described in Section 3.

Depending on your region (e.g. EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data processed about you. For data processed by Apple or Google, use their tools and policies. For questions about this App, contact us below.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Настоящая политика описывает, как мобильная игра Nexgrid («Приложение», «мы») обрабатывает информацию на iPhone и iPad. Приложение распространяется разработчиком проекта NexgridDocs (RmnTmn).

В Приложении нет отдельной регистрации аккаунта. Мы не запрашиваем имя, e-mail, телефон или почтовый адрес для игры.

1. Данные на устройстве

Локально (UserDefaults) сохраняются, в частности:

• рекорды и прогресс кампании;
• внутриигровая валюта, косметика и настройки (например, музыка);
• локально разблокированные достижения.

Эти данные остаются на устройстве, пока вы не используете функции, передающие их Apple или третьим лицам (ниже). Удаление Приложения удаляет локальные данные.

2. Apple Game Center

При входе в Game Center Apple обрабатывает профиль игрока, достижения и таблицы лидеров по политике конфиденциальности Apple. Приложение отправляет счёт и достижения только при активной авторизации Game Center.

3. Реклама (Google AdMob)

В Приложении показывается реклама через Google AdMob. Google и партнёры могут получать, в том числе: идентификаторы устройства, IP-адрес и приблизительное местоположение по IP, сведения о показах и взаимодействии с рекламой, данные для подбора рекламы и защиты от мошенничества.

При необходимости может отображаться запрос согласия (Google User Messaging Platform). Ограничить трекинг можно в Настройки → Конфиденциальность и безопасность → Отслеживание.

4. Чего мы не собираем

• точную геолокацию (разрешение не запрашивается);
• камеру, микрофон, фото, контакты, календарь;
• платёжные данные реальных денег (покупки — только внутриигровая валюта).

5. Сеть

Интернет используется для рекламы, Game Center и загрузки рекламного контента.

6. Дети

Игра не предназначена для детей младше 13 лет. Мы сознательно не собираем персональные данные детей.

7. Ваши действия и права

• удалите Приложение, чтобы убрать локальные данные;
• управляйте Game Center в настройках iOS и Apple ID;
• настройте рекламу как в разделе 3.

В зависимости от региона (ЕС, Великобритания, Калифорния и др.) у вас могут быть права на доступ и удаление данных; для данных Apple и Google используйте их инструменты.
