Please include:

device model and iOS version;
app version from the App Store listing or the About screen in Nexgrid;
what you expected and what happened;
screenshots or a short screen recording if possible.

Frequently asked questions

Game progress or scores disappeared

Solo progress and cosmetics are stored on your device. Deleting the App or restoring the device without a backup removes local data. Scores and achievements in Game Center are tied to your Apple ID when you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings.

Game Center achievements or leaderboards do not update

Sign in to Game Center under Settings → Game Center. This App uses Bundle ID com.nexgrid.sudoku and the high-score leaderboard HighScoreNexgrid. In TestFlight, Game Center may be limited until the app is fully configured in App Store Connect.

Ads not loading or too many ads

Ads are shown through Yandex Advertising Network mediation. Partner networks may include Unity Ads, VK Ads, and others depending on region and availability. You can limit ad tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Rewarded ads are optional (for example, extra in-game rewards).

In-app coins or shop items

Coins and cosmetics are virtual only; there are no real-money purchases through Apple In-App Purchase in the current version. Purchases inside the game use earned coins only.

Частые вопросы

Пропал прогресс или рекорды

Одиночный прогресс и косметика хранятся на устройстве. Удаление приложения или сброс без резервной копии удаляет локальные данные. Счёт и достижения в Game Center привязаны к Apple ID, если вы вошли в Game Center в настройках iOS.

Не обновляются достижения или таблица лидеров Game Center

Войдите в Game Center: Настройки → Game Center. Приложение использует Bundle ID com.nexgrid.sudoku и таблицу рекордов HighScoreNexgrid. В TestFlight функции могут быть ограничены, пока приложение полностью не настроено в App Store Connect.

Реклама не показывается или мешает

Рекламу показывает РСЯ (Яндекс) с медиацией; партнёры могут включать Unity Ads, VK Ads и другие сети в зависимости от региона. Ограничить трекинг: Настройки → Конфиденциальность и безопасность → Отслеживание. Реклама с наградой — по желанию.

Монеты и магазин

Монеты и предметы только виртуальные; покупок за реальные деньги через In-App Purchase в текущей версии нет.
